Cancellation & Returns Policy

If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us by email to sales@electricalcarservices.com before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 4.2 below.


4.2 You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange of goods (see 4.3 for exclusions). The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. Responsibility and liability of the goods remains with you until we are in receipt of the goods. You may wish to use a tracked and insured service in case of damage or loss in transit. *** Please note: All items returned must have their original non marked packaging and must be returned in perfect, unused condition *** 
Please quote your Invoice/Order number on all items returned. It is your responsibility to ensure that items arrive back in perfect condition. 

4.3 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required. NO Special, Next Day Delivery or International postage costs can be refunded - only UK Mainland Standard Delivery Costs will be refunded. The cost of postage on any exchanges will be borne by the Customer.


4.4 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 4.3 will not apply in the following circumstances: -
in the event that the product has been used.
in the case of software, audio or visual products, where the specific product packaging has been broken.
to any 'bespoke products', cable lengths, cable cut to length, heat shrink, convoluted tubing, braided sleeving or products that we have made or customised specifically for you.


4.5 We are not responsible for entry errors made in the order process. The address you provide is automatically transferred to your parcel. If you give the wrong  or incomplete address we will only give you a refund for the products once the order is returned to us, by the carrier. Please note, however, that this could take several months. In the meantime, you may re-order the items on our website to have it shipped to the proper address. You will have to pay again, and await the refund later. Unfortunately, shipping costs are not refundable.

The provisions of this clause 4.4 do not affect your statutory rights.
