UK Delivery
Please note that due to the Easter Bank Holiday we will not be despatching or delivering orders on Friday the 18th and Monday the 21st of April.
Cut off for despatches will be Thursday 17th April at 1pm
Our office will also be closed on Friday 18th April and Monday 21st April, normal services will resume on Tuesday 22nd April.
We use Royal Mail 24 Tracked or Parcel Force 24 for all deliveries. Your order should therefore be delivered within 1 to 2 days from date of despatch.
You will receive an email when your order has been despatched and thereafter Royal Mail and/or Parcel force will send you emails and texts (if you have given us a mobile number) with tracking and delivery updates. Please check your spam folder for any emails. Also, PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR ORDER WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS (MON. TO FRID.) FROM DATE OF DESPATCH.
The following areas are classed as NON-UK- Mainland we, therefore, request that you select the following Postal Zones when entering your Shipping address to ensure delivery.
Select UK- Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight for postcodes: AB30-38, AB 41-56, FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV30-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-33, PA34-40, PH14-26, PH30-41, PH49-50, AND ALL Isle of Wight postcodes
Select UK- Scottish Islands for postcodes: HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA30, PA32-34, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3.
Select UK- Isle of Man for all postcodes in the Isle of Man
Select UK- Isles of Scilly for all postcodes in the Isles of Scilly
Select UK- Northern Ireland for all postcodes in Northern Ireland
FOR ANY UK- NON-MAINLAND destinations required to pay import duties and taxes. All taxes and duties must be paid by the receiver/consignee upon import into the destination/country.
DELIVERY COSTS:

- We have a minimum delivery charge of £5.00 plus VAT. Shipping charges are calculated by the respective Couriers weight bands to us.
- All prices can be viewed in your 'Shopping Basket' whilst browsing, before ordering, and at checkout.
