UK DELIVERY 

To ensure speedy delivery and to enable you to track your order, it is helpful to submit a contact mobile number and appropriate email address when registering on our website so that Royal Mail and DPD can keep you updated with the status of your delivery. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM EMAILS for any delivery details or emails.

  • We use Royal Mail Tracked for lighter items and DPD Courier for heavier items. All delivery times are subject to stock availability, cleared payment and date of despatch Mon. to  Frid. excluding Holidays. Whilst most orders arrive within 1 to 2 days of despatch please allow 5 working days for delivery. Orders placed on a Friday after 12.30 or over a weekend will be deemed as received the following Monday. We will contact you by email should any items on your order be out of stock for more than 3 working days from receipt of your order (Mon to Frid).
  • When your order has been despatched,  Royal Mail will text and/or email you your tracking number and delivery time. 
  • If nobody is in when Royal Mail attempt to deliver something to your address, they will leave a red 'something for you' card. The card explains why they couldn’t deliver and shows how you can collect your item or arrange a Redelivery.
  • The card will either detail the office opening hours or ask you to check royalmail.com/services-near-you or the Royal Mail app for times.
  • Royal Mail will also leave a red card if they've left it with a neighbour, or in a Safeplace.
  • DPD will send you a pre-advice text and/or email giving you a one-hour delivery time and options on the day of delivery.
  • Please note: Should you choose your delivery to be left in a safe place, with a neighbour or at some alternative address other than your shipping address, your shipment will be deemed as delivered and we, the retailer, cannot be held responsible in this instance should you not receive your delivery or it has been damaged. Also, items are not deemed lost until after 14 days.

FOR ANY UK- NON MAINLAND destinations required to pay import duties and taxes. All taxes and duties must be paid by the receiver/consignee upon import into the destination/country.

DPD class the following areas as NON-UK- Mainland and we are therefore unable to ship orders and may cancel your order unless the following correct Postal Zones are selected when entering your Shipping address. Please DO NOT select UK- Mainland for any of the following zones:

Select UK- Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight if your postcode is: AB30-38, AB 41-56, FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV30-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-33, PA34-40, PH14-26, PH30-41, PH49-50, AND ALL Isle of Wight postcodes. 

Select UK- Scottish Islands if your post code is: HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3. 

Select UK- Channel Islands for all postcodes in the Channel Islands. 
Select UK-Isle of Man for all postcodes in the Isle of Man. 
Select UK-Isles of Scilly for all postcodes in the Isles of Scilly. 
Select UK-Northern Ireland for all postcodes in Northern Ireland.

DELIVERY COSTS:

Prices are calculated by weight perimeters. The minimum charge is £4.12 plus VAT

  • Royal Mail 24 minimum charge is £4.95 plus VAT
  • DPD minimum charge is £7.95 plus VAT

Important information: 
  • Customers must inform us in writing or in another durable medium within 10 working days from notification of despatch if they do not receive their Orders within this time. 
  • We are unable to offer any compensation if non-delivery has not been reported to us within this time. Also, we are unable to issue refunds if the Customer has given us the wrong delivery address.  
  • Please note if you pay by PayPal your PayPal ADDRESS IS NOT AUTOMATICALLY SENT TO US. We only deliver to the address you have registered on our website. 
  • We are currently only shipping within the UK and suspending our European, Republic of Ireland and Rest of the World despatch services. We, therefore, request that customers from Europe, the Republic of Ireland and the Rest of the World do not order from us at present.
  • We are also disabling these services on our shipping systems and therefore no shipping to destinations outside the UK will be available to select at checkout.
  • We will update Customers as soon as the situation changes.
