ECS manufacture Bespoke wiring looms to your specification,
taking the hassle out of trying to make your own wiring loom.
We have been supplying quality professional wiring looms for many specialist vehicle manufactures for over twenty years. We use machine crimped pre-formed terminals and Thin Wall Hard Grade Single Core Cable to ISO6722:2002 DIN 72551/6.
We can supply a basic loom for Race applications where only a few circuits are required, with or without terminals and connectors. The wiring can be cut to length as required, or we can manufacture to your specification. We can combine relays and fuses in one or more housing(s) saving space, and giving you quick and easy access.
More complex systems (pic1) are also available to your specification. Options include;
Fuse box(s), Reset Blade fuse. Standard blade fuse.
Relays, Fused relays, Combined relays & fuses in stacked holders.
Power point insulators.
Main in-line fuse in supply line for overall protection.
PVC, Cloth, Woven or Convoluting Tube enclosures.
