Turn anti-clockwise to switch off.
Turn clockwise to switch on.
Prevents battery drain by switching off when vehicle is stored or not used for long periods.

This
keeps an alarm, clock, radio etc, active. (If attempting to start the vehicle when the battery isolator is switched off, the fuse Will not take the current and will blow).
