This through post is manufactured specially for ECS.
Applications:
Ideal for use through a bulkhead.
Can be used for Positive cable connections only.
Can be used for Negative cable connections only.
For example Positive cable connections:
The main positive battery lead and the main positive supply lead to your alternator, are connected on the engine side of the bulkhead.
Any positive supply leads required inside the vehicle can be connected to the other end of the insulated stud.
For example Negative cable connections:
Where perhaps a fibreglass or other non-conductive material is being used or an earth return is required.
