ECS manufacture bespoke wiring looms to your specification,
taking the hassle out of trying to make your own wiring loom.

We have been supplying quality professional wiring looms for many specialist vehicle manufactures for over twenty years. We use machine crimped pre-formed terminals and Thin Wall Hard Grade Single Core Cable to ISO6722:2002 DIN 72551/6.

We designed and manufactured this wiring loom in conjunction with the customer.
This wiring method enables each section of the vehicle to be prepared seperately.

The dashboard is assembled on the bench, complete with wiring (pic1), switches, instruments, warning lights etc.

When fitted to the car, it is connected via multi-connectors to a small central loom housing the fuse box (pic2), additional multi-connectors from this central loom mate to the engine (pic3), and front and rear looms (pic4).

The front and rear looms are fitted with sealed connectors (pic4), allowing the front and rear sections of the body to be removed and replaced with ease.

As requested by the customer, we used cloth tape on exposed sections.

When ordering, options include;
Fuse box(s), standard blade or reset Blade fuse. Period fuse box also available.
Relays, Fused relays, Combined relays & fuses in stacked holders.
Power points, insulated studs, power bush & insulators.
Main in-line fuse in supply line for overall protection.
PVC, Cloth, Woven or Convoluting Tube enclosures.
Sealed connectors.
Grommets, Cable clips, Battery Isolator Switches, Switches etc.
